As a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, you shape the next generation of PADI Professionals!
Our IDC Staff Instructor Course will get you qualified to independently teach PADI Assistant Instructors & assist with PADI Instructor Development Courses or other Instructor Continuing Education courses. It will also give you your first IDC credit towards the next step in your Professional Career.
What? The IDC Staff Instructor Course.
You start your training with a 2 days IDC Staff Instructor Course with one of our Course Directors. During this course, you learn in-depth knowledge of the Instructor Development Course by going through presentations, confined water sessions and training evaluation. You will also learn about the psychology of counselling IDC candidates and focus on scoring criteria.
Once you are certified as an IDC Staff Instructor, you will follow our Course Director on our next Instructor Development Course. You will assist our Course Director by giving presentations, evaluate candidates and help the overall organisatiaon and logistic of the IDC. Once completed, you can receive credit towards becoming a PADI Master Instructor.

Requirements
Be 18 years old
Be a Master Scuba Diver Trainer
Be fit for diving and submit a Medical Statement (PDF) signed by a physician within the last 12 months.
